Rona Rose is a women’s fashion boutique based in Beaumaris, Anglesey, UK. Our online shop offers the latest collections, styling tips and more.

2. Using Our Website

• All content, images, and branding belong to Rona Rose. Please don’t reuse anything without permission.
• We reserve the right to update prices, products or descriptions at any time, without prior notice.

3. Products & Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and photography; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please consult our Size Guide or contact us if you need help choosing the right fit.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay via our secure checkout.
• Full payment is required before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch Time: 2–3 working days from order confirmation.
• Options & Costs: Displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
• Courier Delays: Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimates; we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: Unworn, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
• Sale Items: Exchange only (unless faulty).
• Postage: Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
• How to Start a Return: Email us at lovely@ronarose.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

8. Discount Codes & Promotions

Only one discount code or promotion may be used per transaction, unless otherwise stated. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively.

10. Liability Limitations
